How to find an order and its ETA

The “search order” functionality is very helpful when you need to find information about specific orders. You can search orders from both the Orders page and the Schedules page.

This functionality is particularly useful when:

  • The customer support centre is searching for the most up-to-date ETA of a current delivery to respond to a customer’s inquiry. The ETA is continuously updated on the day of delivery whenever a new GPS location ping is received.

  • The customer centre, planning or transport department is retrospectively investigating when an order was delivered and by which driver.

  • Planners need to manually cancel or reschedule a specific order.

1. Search on the Schedules page

There is a search field in the top right corner of the Schedules page that can filter out information by order ID. Alternatively, you can also filter by vehicle ID, route ID or custom details.

2. Search on the Orders page

You can also search orders on the Orders page.

In the top left corner, there is a search box. Here you can search orders using multiple order IDs.

When you’re on the Orders page, click on the truck icon of the specific order and you’ll switch to the Schedules page. Here you’ll be able to see the full context of the trip and any order information.
