Satalia Delivery supports two login methods: email & password login as well as Single Sign-on (SSO). Depending on the business requirements clients can select the option they want to use or use a mix of both login options.

If your business already uses SSO solutions for your employee identity and access management - it is highly recommended to enable SSO on Satalia Delivery to ensure utmost security.

If your business doesn't use any SSO solutions - please use Satalia’s standard sign-in with email and password identification.

If your business needs to onboard two types of users to Satalia Delivery such as direct company employees that are usually identified using SSO and external providers, such as contractors - you can set up and use different logging methods based on a user group.
